In the Play Store the app is called “Rucking”, but under the hood it’s a full engine for weighted-vest training, rucking, and any kind of loaded conditioning.

Weighted-Vest / Rucking Calorie Calculator
Under the hood, the calculator uses your bodyweight, vest or pack weight, pace/terrain, and effort level to estimate the calories burned for loaded movement.
Weight-Loss Timeline Calculator
The same engine also powers the Rucking Weight Loss Calculator, which shows roughly how long it will take you to lean out based on how often you train, how heavy you go, and how dialed your calories are.
In the app, both calculators are always with you — whether you’re training in a gym, on a track, or out on dirt.
Why the App Is Called “Rucking”
The long-term plan isn’t to juggle three different apps. It’s to build one unified tool for:

- Rucking and loaded marches
- Hybrid weighted endurance
- Strength–endurance outdoor training
“Rucking” is the umbrella, but weighted-vest athletes still get a perfect fit. The formulas scale load, pace, and intensity the way you actually train — whether that’s a 20 lb vest walk or a brutal 75 lb hill session.
My Weighted Vest Transformation
This project comes straight out of my own training. I didn’t get lean from fancy machines or magic programs — it was weighted vests, rucking, and consistency.
